Frankly, I just don't think this feature works great. We have iOS devices, and it often fails to show Caller ID information for us. I think you need to double check that it is Bluetooth connected to your phone. I know for me, it often loses its connection, and then the notifications don't come through on it.

Several things can come into play here, Buddy. For a start it is a known issue that some android devices have issues with this feature, Fitbit is working on a fix as we speak.
That being said when I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 it wasn't an issue.
Things you can do for your own troubleshooting:
- Take notice if this is happening while the two devices are syncing, this will interrupt it. Sounds like this is a constant issue though and the Fitbit does not constantly sync.
- Check your Bluetooth and if other devices and interrupting the notifications.
- Make sure your Android Operating System is on version 4.3 or later.
- Make sure your two devices are within 20 feet of each other. Distance can interfere with this.
- Update your Fitbit App on your smartphone.
- Disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit on the App also double check your notification setting on the app after reconnecting.

I have an iphone and mine started doing it automatically once I was able to synch it with bluetooth.

Make sure your Bluetooth is on on your phone and make sure you connect your Fitbit watch to it. And it should automatically vibrate when someone calls.

You actually have to set that up in settings. Mine didn't work until I went to settings and updated.

My Bluetooth has to be on & it has to be synced with my galaxy s5. make sure the caller id option is on as well

I have the same issue pairing with my Galaxy Note 4. The error message states 'Unable to communicate with Charge HR". I've asked FitBit Support - I've followed all of their advice and unfortunately it still isn't working. At this point I have given up on that functionality. Disappointing but I still like the product.

Make sure the device is well connected to your phone through Bluetooth and you should have no problems. If problem continues, sync the phone and the device once again and try again...
