No it will not damage it as long as you do not soak it. Also it is advised to dry it afterwards. With the Charge HR, you wear it an inch above your wrist so that will decrease the chance of it getting wet. Also it's NOT recommended that you shower with it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Directly from the Fitbit website: "Water Resistance Charge HR is sweat, rain and splash proof. However, the device is not swim proof or showerproof. With any wearable device, it’s best for your skin if the band stays dry and clean."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wear my HR 24/7, including while showering. You probably don't want to wear in while swimming.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HR is NOT waterproof.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I shower with mine and wash hands and dishes alot and it hasn't ruined it still works fine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are water resistant. Have submerged mine accidentally and it still works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Light water won't hurt the Fitbit but submerging or wearing it in the shower will ultimately effect it's battery over time. The tracker is best worn above the wrist for better tracking. If you wear it there it isn't likely to get wet enough to effect it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've wondered the same thing. I've put the fitbit pro CH in dish water . all I did was wipe the water under the watch . still works fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its not meant to be submerged and is not fully waterproof, but is "sweat, rain, and splashproof". I wear it when I wash my hands and dont fear getting a little water on it. But I take it off when I take a shower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, It is water resistance
