• The XL is only available online through fitbit's website, it is not sold in stores.

• Since this is a less common size, the Fitbit website specifically says they only offer it online through their own website. Best Buy and other retailers probably would lost money stocking them without many people buying them. It makes sense to centralize distribution of the small amount of these that Fitbit is making.

• Fitbit company should be able to provide XL. I am using Large and its of good size as well.
