Make sure that you sync your fitbit to your phone or pc. This should update the date and time. When I travel I have to do this to get the right time zone to show up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When mine did this, I just had to sync it to my phone and it took the date and time from the phone and showed it correctly. I think my husband had to "remove" his fitbit from the phone and add it again to fix the same problem. Hope this helps. Do know that when your fitbit falls apart they will send you another one when you call and tell them. It happens pretty quickly with every fitbit we have had.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you haven't already, connect to your computer and do a reset on the device. Instruction are on the Fitbit web site. Mine did that once and the reset fixed it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that problem. I resynced it with my home computer and some how it reset the time and date. Not sure if that's how it is suppose to be done but it worked for me.
