• Yes call the Fitbit warranty center. A one year year warranty and you can get a new Fitbit!

• If you bought the Geek Squad protection with it, then you should have protection in order to fix your problem. But if you did not, there most likely have a price tag in getting it fixed.

• I would contact Fitbit directly. A lot of the time if it is still under warranty they replace it.
