This doesn't doesn't measure blood pressure. It only tracks the number of beats / pluse rate.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HR Charge does not do blood pressure, only heart rate or what some call pulse. I do not know of any wrist device that does blood pressure. I bought mine after heart surgery and use the steps walked and heart rate feature all the time.

You can also set it to display the heart rate when you turn your arm towards your face as if you were looking at your watch and it will automatically sense that movement and display the option you choose (time, HR, steps, calories burned...etc)

And you can check it directly on the device or see it and the history on your smartphone. The Charge HR is a great tracker with many great features and very easy to use with the App.
