Questionhow do I determine what size wrist band to get . . small or large?

- Answer I have a 6.75" circumference wrist and the small barely fits me where you're supposed to wear it but the large (husband has it) is too big. The box has a measuring chart on it if you purchase the item in store.

- Answer On average, this takes around an hour to two hours. A full charge generally lasts around 4-5 days depending on usage, less if you are pretty active. It came with almost a full battery when I got mine, but the first time I charged it was almost the same time as every other time, around an hour to two hours.

- Answer The Charge HR is the best selling unit here at my local Best Buy according to the sales staff. As soon as they come in, they are gone right away. I had to special order mine. Had it shipped to Best buy and got it in 3 days.

QuestionButton came off and we cannot find it.I purchased this for my wife on November 24th and today the button for changing the functions came off during a walk so there is no way we will be able to find it. Is this covered under warranty and can I return it to Best Buy or will we need to deal directly with Fitbit?

- Answer It doesn't exactly have a stopwatch, but if you press and hold the button, it will work as an "exercise" timer that will keep track of how long it has been since you pressed the button. Hope that helps.

- Answer No. It does measure heart rate on a continuous basis. The app produces charts that you can share with your doctor and track your resting heart rate on a day to day hour to hour basis.
