Absolutely. If you like to keep track of your daily activities it automatically does. It tracks your sleep, heart rate, flights of stairs as well as steps. And with exercise it tells you how many calories you burned and how it affected your day. Paired with the app you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend. I've had mine for six months and I only take it of to shower because unfortunately they can't get wet. I'm a little obsessed.

At first the price threw me off a little but after investing I'm a proud owner with no regrets!
