• 5.5" - 6.5". Actually if you go to the store and pick up the box it'll give you a handy sizing chart where you put your wrist on the box and see where you fit.

• I wear Fit Bit Charge HR in size SMALL. My wrist measures 6". I would not by a small if your wrist is any bigger than 6 1/2" because you need a couple of those holes in the strap to lock it on.

• I have about a 6" wrist and I usually wear my band on the very middle slot with four slots available to make the band looser or tighter. The band itself is about 8.5" long.

• There is a scale that makes it easy to decide size on the box. Go to the Flexbit website for more detail on sizing.
