Just add the new device to your fitbit account. You'll want to delete the old device, but your history will all be saved and fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you turn on the HR the phone app will pick it up and you can just transfer it over. With the laptop, I am not sure if it will do the same thing but you can look to see if by plugging it in, it will do the same transfer for you.
