The small size fits 5.4 inches to 6.2 inches wrists and large fits 6.2 inches to 7.6 inches wrists.

It has a curve for the actual fitbit so it is hard to stretch out and give an actual measurement. The box the unit comes in has a size chart on the side of it. You might want to just go into the store to see and then buy it online. I purchased the small at bestbuy.com and ended up exchanging it for a large in a Best Buy store.

Please try again later.The small is 8" long from top of buckle to end of strap, but it will only be comfortable if you're wrist (at two inches above the bend of the wrist) measures 6 1/2" or less. My wrist is 6" and I wear a small. I'm sorry I don't have info on the large size.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google FitBit sizing chart and print out a band that Whig cut out and wrap your wrist to get your accurate size . Most kids under 16 need a small as well as small-boned adults. The larges' can get pretty big!
