1Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge. Your Charge will begin charging. 2Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30"). 3Let go of the button. 4Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try restarting your tracker. The instructions for doing so are here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/How-do-I-restart-my-tracker/?l=en_US&p=charge&fs=Search&pn=1 I had to do that when mine was not counting flights of stairs correctly and it fixed that problem. The other thing to do is log into your account and make sure you have your time zone set correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you have to go into "Account" then "Settings" on your phone (or computer) to do it. At least that is where I was able to change how the time display looks. I love that I was able to have it display the date along with the time. Good luck!
