No they do not. They are only able to monitor heart rate due to the light sensor underneath the display. For it to monitor blood pressure they would require the Fitbit to be able to apply counter pressure which could not be achieved unless the wrist band was made of an inflatable material.

Yes, they do have one that monitors hr. Just a bit more expensive.
