Go to the manufacturer website and there is more detail about the sizing. If you can get to a BB store, there is a scale on the box you can lay your wrist on to be sure of size.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can only answer about the large which on its smallest setting is 6 1/4 inches and at the largest it's 8 1/4 inches. I've never heard of a medium. I normally wear the small but I think I prefer the large so it isn't so snug. My wrist is 6 inches.

Fitbit.com exclusively offers an extra large that fits wrists 7.8" to 9.1". The small fits wrists 5.5" to 6.7", and the the large fits wrists 6.3" to 7.9". Hope my answer was helpful.
