in my experience both report on sleep the same, but the flex doesn't count stairs, if you do stairs a lot id get charge hr. charge battery life doesn't last long. they actually have manufacturer recalls from it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fitbit Charge is what I have owned. It tells you the number of hours you slept and the number of times you were awake during the night. It even tells you what time it was when you were awake and how long you were awake. It also tells you when you were restless. It also keeps track of the time if you take a nap during the day. I have read others who own other brands of trackers which keeps track of sleep say that the other brands do not track naps taken during the day. I usually don't nap so that mattered not to me. I am looking for another brand tracker because I think fitbit provides a tracker with great quality software, website and app but the quality of the trackers are not good enough for me to wear on a daily basis. I have owned 5 fitbit trackers in the the last 2 years and 3 months and each one has failed. They replaced the first 4 but this time they are offering a 25% discount. So for 25% off I can own another fitbit charge for another 5 1/2 months before it fails too most likely. It just does not sound like a deal to me. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a charge. It reports hours actually slept, minutes awake, and minutes restless. It graphs this information for you daily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's the same thing. The only difference I noticed was that your heart rate is monitored with the Charge HR.
