Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never had charging issues with the fitbit but then we upgraded to the charge. After one week my Charge would not charge at all. I tried everything and then contacted the company directly from their website. They immediately sent me a replacement at no charge to myself and I have had no issues since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have owned Fitbit products since they first came out with the step/run trackers. If you experience any issues you can contact fitbit.com/support and they will replace their products for free with proof of purchase for the life of the product. I have never had an issue that they have not resolved within 3-5 days. One of the most well built products and best at customer service in the industry.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had a problem. Every morning, I take it off and put it on the charging system, while I shower and have coffee. I then put it back on and the thing is amazing. It could be because of my advanced age, I have to do things in a certain order so I don't forget. This is one of the best things I have ever bought and think all of you young folks have come up with some great ideas.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are not just leaving it charging after it has fully charged. This can lead to the battery dying quicker. And every now and then, anything that works off batteries, they can be made with a defective/old battery. I would take it back for a refund or contact the manufacturer if you can.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
