The fitbit charge does not have the capability of having the wristband replaced. The band that comes on the fitbit Charge is permanent.

You would have to contact the company for that. They don't have replaceable straps.

As far as I know the bands don't separate for the Charge. It's not like the other one where you can switch the bands out.

At the time I don't believe FitBiti has a replacement band available. I had a problem in that mine was coming apart from the display. I contacted FitBit directly (via email), explained what was happening, and all they wanted me to do was send them a copy of my original receipt as well as a picture of what it currently looked like and they sent me out a brand new one - free of charge. I fully expected to get a refurbished item but it wasn't!

As far as I know, there is no replacement band for fitbit CHARGE. Only Fitbit flex has that option. you can contact fitbit support for more help.
