The fitbit charge does not have the capability of having the wristband replaced. The band that comes on the fitbit Charge is permanent.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At the time I don't believe FitBiti has a replacement band available. I had a problem in that mine was coming apart from the display. I contacted FitBit directly (via email), explained what was happening, and all they wanted me to do was send them a copy of my original receipt as well as a picture of what it currently looked like and they sent me out a brand new one - free of charge. I fully expected to get a refurbished item but it wasn't!
