“Does it track you're activity if you're riding a bike ?”

• The software allows you to put in what you are doing then tracks your distance vs. heart rate on this. So the answer is sort of. It does the same for swimming. The only one it truly tracks all on it's own, is steps. I hope that helps.

• Only if you wear it around your ankle, socks covering it. I see people do this for riding and then put back on their wrist to credit.

• Not sure. With a previous fitness monitor I had to put it on my shoe or in my pocket for it to record biking. The Flex works differently, but I would probably still put it in my hip pocket for biking.
