“My Fitbit charges ok when plugged into my computer but will not charge when I use the iPhone charger. I have tried two different ones and still no charge. Should I use the iPad charger?”

• I phone products rarely work with non Apple products. So use a secondary USB charging outlet like your computer, alarm clock, or any other device that already converts AC voltage to DC.. This is what I use and it works well.
