There is a sizing guide here you can print off https://www.fitbit.com/content/assets/flex/flex_sizing_guide.pdf also if small and large don't fit you after you buy it you can email Fitbit and they will send you an XL band for free.

The fitbit comes with both wrist band sizes to start off! Then if you want more colors you'll know which size you like!
