• No it does not sync with the Nokia Lumina, there is an app, but nothing like the Apple app

• The fitbit requires bluetooth 4.0. If your phone has bluetooth 4.0 it will sync. You can see all of their compatible devices on the fitbit website: http://www.fitbit.com/devices
