First try to sync your watch to your phone. If that doesn't work, in the settings in the Fitbit app is a place for choosing your time zone which will reset the watch to the correct time. Sometimes you have to choose another time zone and then your own to reset it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The only way I know to reset the time would be using the PC or phone app and doing a complete reset. I never really had to set the time on my Fitbit it set the time it's self. I think that if you let the battery completely discharge it would also reset when the device is charged again. Hope this helps I can't think of any other solutions.
