The count would not be accurate. They do have an ability within the app or dashboard to enter alternative methods of except ode based on activity and duration. The only Fitbit product that monitors exercise other than walking that I am aware of is the Surge but it is at the high cost end of fitness I would recommend either working with the another tracker or you can set up an account with Fitbit and try some entries to see how it works for yourself. It does not require a tracker to use the app or software but as with anything they will advertise their products while using their software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only way I've been able to work this is put the fit bit on my ankle and hold it in place by putting my sock over it. It doesn't really count steps that way, but it does give me a record of what I've done. My goal is consistent activity with maybe even some improvement in amount. Thus, this works for me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you have to manually enter the data for start/stop times and distance. It will come up with a calorie count for that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Fitbit One can pick up your leg movements on the recumbent bike, but you can also attach the One to your shoe or sock and it will pick up the movement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say the Fitbit would not pick up much on a recumbent bike. You can manually log activity in the app, but you're basically just logging the time/calories that you've done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I clip it to my shoe. It only counts once per full revolution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Fitbit does measure on the bike you don't have to change anything it counts like a normal stride
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a fitbit zip that i wasn't confident about the accuracy, so i clipped it to my sock.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will track activity on a bicycle as steps. There may be a delay in the steps being added the same as if you were marching in place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does.
