“If I purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 and do not subscribe to the premium membership, would it be still do the ECG function? What is not included if I do not get the subscription?”

Yes, I purchased this for my wife and she didn’t subscribe to the premium and it still displays the ECG function. She Loves it!

If you don't have a Fitbit Premium subscription, you won't have access to advanced insights like personalized workout recommendations, detailed sleep analysis (including sleep profile), guided mindfulness sessions, stress tracking insights, advanced health metrics, and a wider variety of workout classes compared to what is available with a Premium subscription; however, you can still track basic activity, steps, heart rate, sleep duration, and calories burned using the standard Fitbit app features.
