• The band and watch are one unit. I don't think it can be swapped or replaced.

• I don't know, my first Surge lost the buckle while I was on a walk and the online Fitbit store did not show that piece or the band replacements.

• NO. The band is an integral part of the tracker. Only the Flex has a replaceable band.
