for high intensity workouts i have have problems where my wrist turns of the tracker (buttons closest to your fingers) but other then that works great for running, yoga, biking.

It can track those workouts, but the information will be limited to duration, average heart rate, steps, distance.

I find occasionally during a workout the heart rate monitor stops tracking the heart rate....I think it is because I sweat a lot. I just adjust it a little on my wrist and it kicks back in without a problem. The instructions recommend wearing it quite loosely most of the time, but I find it better to tighten it up a little during a workout so it is snug (not tight) on my wrist.
