Yes...I use mine during Crossfit. The only issue, at times, is that occasionally, big wrist bend movements may cause the tracker to lose heart rate. It comes back in less than a minute and I haven't noticed any spikes or dips in the overall heart rate through the workout.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yep, i used the feature today, just make sure you add it to your exercise list
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I have used this while lifting and it has been able to measure my heart rate, although if you sweat a lot it begins to become unreliable, as my watch tends to slide forward, and when being active it is recommended you move the watch higher up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It tracks my HR the majority of the time no matter what I am doing. I don't see why lifting weights would make any difference. It track while playing basketball, shooting hoops, running, etc... just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can, is one of the options that i like the most. I don't have a chest strap sensor but i do compare it to my Galaxy phone and they are no more the 10% apart from each other.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does. I wear it when I do my interval classes where we work with weights and it does track your heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes...it keeps track of your heart rate whenever you are wearing it...there is a feature on the watch that you can select for weight training and it will keep track of how long you been lifting and how many calories you burned and also your heart rate...once you sync it to the Fitbit app you can see your heart rate pattern...
