MY GLASS DID NOT BREAK, BUT BEST BUY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE MINE (HAD TO CHARGE IT EVERY SINGLE DAY) AND HAD ME TO GO TO FITBIT ONLINE AND THEY WANTED ME TO REPORT EVERYTHING ONLINE (WHICH I DO NOT DO) BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO MONITOR MY BATTERY. LOL NOW I AM STUCK WITH A DAMAGED FITBIT. GOOD LUCK........
