What kind of warranty does the fit bit have null

1 yr manufacture..buy from walmart or target get extended warranty..best buy does NOT offer exteneded warranty on fitbit

It has a 1 year, but if its defective in the first 30 days unless you are a m elite plus member you can't return it to the store. I would go elsewhere.
