“I ordered this watch and will be getting it in a few days. I would also like to buy the alternate Fitbit watch band but don't know if I should buy the small or large. My wrist is 7.25 inches around. Any suggestions?”

Go large. The bands hold moisture. You are going to want the extra breathing room under the band. I lasted a week in the small before switching it out for the larger one.
