• The answer is yes I've been using it for over two years. Go to the apps and chose the clocks. Do a search for Emergency. As I recall there are 3 faces one for PD EMT and FD Unfortunately I can't get into my apps right now. But I'm using the blue face it has a sweep second hand. I hope that helps

• Not that I know of or seen. But if you have an iPhone, the built-in Health app has a Medical ID section that could be used by emergency personnel.
