• If you are holding on to the handles it would mess with your arm movement.

• I would use the exercise application on your Versa to do the treadmill instead of walking normal with out the exercise function. It should be able to calculate the steps accurately. Hope my reply helps. *swipe left, click exercise, swipe left to treadmill and walk :)
