Hey Mike, as of home remedies I'm not quite sure. However, if what you're saying is you purchased the watch from Best Buy and it had scratches on it prior to purchase I would recommend taking to your nearest store for an exchange. If you may have scratched it after purchase and it is still within the 14 days of purchase then I would recommend purchasing the two year Geek Squad protection plan for $20 and return it for a brand new watch.
