“If Fitbit Flex will already sync via bluetooth, then why would you need the wireless sync dongle? Im assuming to sync to a PC, for someone without a compatible iOS or Android device? If so, will it not sync to a Mac or PCs with existing bluetooth capability?”

• I don't think it will sync to computers without the dongle. My laptop has bluetooth capabilities, but will not sync without the dongle. However, it syncs to iOS as long as I have bluetooth turned on. I think it acts similarly to using a wireless mouse.
