• Not at all the clip is so tight and the rubbery material makes it grip well. Its actually difficult with certain materials to fet ON, but then it def wont come off!

• I have had my zip since June 8, 2015 and I wear it all the time and I have never had it fall off.

• It fits very tight. I clip it inside my pocket. Sometimes takes a bit of force to get it fully clipped to the pocket or to remove it but I'm glad it's that tight. I don't worry about losing it.

• It has a very tight clasp. Unless the clasp breaks because it is so tight, I do not think it would fall off.
