• I do not have a clue. It is an app that is loaded on your smartphone and/or pc. So if someone can hack those devices - I guess they can hack this???? And really I would not think that any of this info is of any value to anyone to make them want to hack it!!!

• I don't think so. I've had several and I'm sure someone found at least one of them, They obviously cleared it and used it anew. I've never had any problem of that sort.

• Any electronics device can be hacked into, but to what end? The hacker would need to be within 20 feet of your zip, and would get how far you traveled that day. You have to wonder why anyone would bother.
