Evidently not. Per one reviewer, the blanket cannot be immersed in water. It should be cleaned with a damp cloth.

The tag states that the blanket is not machine washable. It can only be spot cleaned and never submerged in water. It also makes note that after spot cleaning to make sure it's completely dry before you attempt to plug it in for use. I've attached a pic of the tag for your reference.

I wouldn't wash it. Dry cleaning would work
