My wrist is 6 inches, the small bands fits with some extra room.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the large one, and it measures 7-1/2" on the loosest setting, but it can be easily moved to a much smaller size. I would think the small one is for a very small person.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.7 3/4 inches in total length for the small. The box has a a sizing tool(strip) on it that measures 2 1/4 inches. You are to lay your wrist flat on it to see if this size fits the width of your wrist. If not, you will need the large. The large band is nearly 9 1/2 inches in total length.
