• No it will not fit with keyboard attached, that was my only gripe about it.

• I tried it, but it doesn't hold the tablet securely with the keyboard attached, because the corner locks are only big enough to hold the tablet itself. And there's not enough space between the tablet & the keyboard for the corner locks to fit.
