Ok my computer will run it I went to that long website you sent I don't have a glue what to do from there. Before I talk to you I would get to where it would say it can take up to 4 hours to receive my download the Flight Sim I paid for.

Best Buy sent me the link to the Xbox website for my PC download and once I entered the code it didn’t download. Make sure you use the code at the Microsoft store not the Xbox site.

Hello Best Buy sent me a link to X-Box to complete my download. Check the link they sent. If it was to the X-Box store it was wrong. I had to have them cancel and send a new code that I used at the normal Microsoft store.

I had the same problem. Call Best Buy support and tell them you need help with it. You need to be transferred to a download person. The regular support people won't be able to help you.
