• A Note 3 and an S3 aren't the same thing. I have both. The Note 3 is definitely larger.

• No. The Note series is completely different than the S series for the galaxy. The Notes are bigger and usually squarer than the S models. The Note 3 is an older phone now so finding a quality case at a discounted price should be pretty easy! Look around BestBuy.com! Best of luck!
