- Answer Depends on the shipping speed and day you order. Generally with expedited shipping worst case 3 or 4 days (if you order on a weekend). If you get the digital version, you get the email pretty quickly.

- Answer The ultimate (or gold) edition includes everything that comes with the deluxe edition and also includes the season pass for all of the content being released the first year of the game.
