The Forno Asti and Gallico 30" electric French door wall ovens share many core features like true European convection, air fry, broil, hidden bake element (3000W), and broiler (3500W). However, the Gallico offers a larger 4.32 cu. ft. capacity compared to the Asti's 3.68 cu. ft. The Gallico also features telescopic stainless steel racks, while the Asti has standard electroplated racks. The Asti has a traditional design with mechanical knobs, while the Gallico has a more modern aesthetic with electronic controls and an LED display for enhanced usability.
