QuestionI am concerned about the height of this stove we just ordered. The Best Buy salesman said it's 36" but the online description says it's 38.5". Consequently, I contacted Forno and was told that the height is standard at 36 inches. I need it to be 36".

- Answer The height of this model is a standard 36 inch's so it will be flush with a standard countertop. The extra 2 inch's and why it is listed at 38.5 is the vent running across the back of the unit.
