• No. My roommate ordered from the site and it was delivered as the normal one. No steel book.

• No, Best Buy claimed that you would, but it is inaccurate. As far as I know, the steelbook case preorder bonus was an imaginary bonus used as a falsified marketing stunt.

• Nope. Delivered without the book. I've heard people who ordered in-store weren't getting them either and were told they didn't have any stock at some stores, so it sounds like they didn't have anywhere near enough stock for the pre-orders.
