“I've entered the code on the switch, click redeem and it doesn't download. First time using fortnite. I've downloaded other games off the eshop and haven't had this issue. I'm assuming I'm missing a step. There is enough memory to download game.”

I am sorry I do not have an answer for this. But I am experiencing the same issue. I went into the Nintendo eShop redeemed the code and there is no game. I went through all the steps and watched videos and I can not figure it out. My son is very upset and I am upset that I wasted money on this product and it didn’t work!
