Yes — Frameo does allow you to manage multiple frames from the same account/app. You can pair as many frames as you want to your Frameo app. Once each frame is connected, you can select which frame(s) to send photos to. When uploading, simply choose both frames, and the same photos will appear on each one. So buying one for each of your in-laws and sending identical photos to both is completely supported and very easy to do.
