The free trial can only be claimed on the recipient’s Apple ID after the eligible device is activated by them. Sign in with the recipient’s Apple ID on the eligible device, open the applicable Apple app (Fitness, Music, TV, or Arcade), and follow the prompts to redeem the free trial. If the offer was already redeemed under your Apple ID, it cannot be transferred or used again on another Apple ID.

You can’t directly transfer the free trial, but the person receiving the gift can activate it using their own account when they set up the device. Just make sure they sign in with their Apple ID during the setup so the free trial applies to them.

Going to your Apple settings and look at your subscriptions and purchases. You should be able to transfer it from there.
