A:Answer If you got this product by purchasing an apple product if it is a accessory you can go into your device that you originally connected the accessory to and at the top of your screen there should be like a notification saying something like ''Activate Your Free Trails'' (Apple Music, Apple TV, Fitness+, and Apple Arcade) if it isnt an accessory you should just be able to go into your Music app for Apple Music and just click start my three month trial for Apple Arcade just going to the App Store then locate the Apple Arcade section then click start free three months for Apple TV going into the Apple TV app and just select your free three months ect.
