Probably (I am confident enough in my answer to say more likely - most definitely rather than probably) yes, you will have to put it on your calendar or reminders to cancel that is how 99% of these "try me" offers work. They count on people being forgetful or stupid. I have been there and done that many times myself and consider myself part of the stupid and forgetful crowd.
